I don't like how pet shops in Malaysia keep their animals confined in small cages; it doesn't generally happen like this in the UK and I think it's cruel to confine them in such cramped conditions. Fibiz Bukit Mewah was not as bad as their branch in Jalan Reko which kept animals in dirty, disgusting, smelly, neglected and uncared for conditions. I pity those animals; shame on you, Fibiz.

My 11 year old daughter and I have discussed over a period of one year whether to get a pet, if it should be a cat or dog, which breads suitable for our environment and lifestyle and when would be the best time to get one. Currently we are in the midst of transferring from a landed property to an apartment. On one such day of running errands, we had a bit of time to spare and I decided to acquiescence to my kid's request to visit Fibiz Bukit Mewah as she wanted to see some cats. When we arrived there were two Bengal Marble cats, a male and a female. The male is about 2 years old and long haired due to being a hybrid mix of a Persian cat. The female is about a year old. We stood in a distance and observed both cats and then Pn Lili very kindly brought him out of his space for a meet and greet. Cik Ira was very knowledgeable and shared information to help us understand the character and background of the cats. My daughter fell in love instantly with the cats. But I am not an impulsive buyer so we thanked them and went to other pet shops to observe more cats. Then we headed home, in the car we discussed about all the cats we saw and their characters. Though we were almost in the parking space at home, we made a U-turn to go back to Fibiz Bukit Mewah and watched the cats again. There was something very appealing about their character and I attribute it to their upbringing by Pn Lili and Cik Ira, we immediately placed a deposit for the male though he is 2 years, we find his demeanour and energy so pleasant and unique. That night my daughter said she felt sad for the female as we didn't give her any attention, so the next day we went back, discussed this with Pn Lili and Cik Ira and based on their observations and advise we bought the female too. Pn Lili and Cik Ira conferred and sought the Pet shop owner's consent to give us a good discount. Then they gave us advise on care and products suitable for their breed and according to their characters. That day, we became the happy first time owners of cats, I think from that day forth I am officially a cat person though all my life we had dogs at home. These cats were raised with love and their character was developed lovingly by Pn Lili and Cik Ira. The cats are a reservoir of peace and joy after a long hard day in this world. Thank you Pn Lili and Cik Ira. I highly recommend anyone wanting to buy a cat to visit them, even if you already just bought a cat, you will gain immensely by buying products from them as they share their wealth of knowledge. As for me, I will only go to Fibiz Bukit Mewah as long as Pn Lili and Cik Ira are there. Thank you Pn Lili and Cik Ira.
