★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slightly smaller gym then usual. Otherwise up to Fitess First Platinum standards. Has the most complicated monkey bar system amongst all Fitness First gyms as at 04/2017. No windows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is pretty fancy probably because it is only for Platinum members. This branch is unique for its monkey bar structure and several other fancy equipments. Though I prefer the Mont Kiara branch in terms of facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally dislike this gym due to the lack of machines . Though it's equipped with plenty of bars for u to do freestyle training , more like those Spartan or crossfit training. The cables machines all come in a LIGHT version. The maximum weight are only 27.5kg as compared to the old established fitness first branch else where in the city or worldwide that usually come in maximum weight 95kg. I strongly believe this was a cost cutting measure by the fitness first Malaysia branches. As more weight (plates) cost more money for that particular machine. Plenty of space in the club that's good for general public , but this isn't a club for fitness enthusiast or people looking to build a muscular define body. (That's my personal opinion)
However, the staffs are generally friendly .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provide tea, coffee, drinking water, and milk. Soft drink not provided anymore, replace with fruit water after all. Staffs on front desk are friendly. They always greet you with big smile. Lounge is clean and neat. There are even individual seats where gym members can easily use electronic garget like laptop or charge phone. Gym equitement are new and good condition. Love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is good, it gets super crowded at times and since there is a small variety of machines there, wait times on equipment could be long. The change rooms have a steam room but it’s mostly under maintenance or closed because of Covid.
