Salesman is very patient on explaining how the product works despite my numerous questions asked. Product works very good as well. My kitchen does not feel oily even after frying

Fotile company need to improve customer service for their staff esp Aisyah. She is good to get the customer to buy the product but poor communication skill and lack of responsibility after the product received by the customer..She need to explain properly to the customer and not promising things that beyond their service..please be honest to the customer and not only try hard to achieve your target or whatsoever.
