★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service! I bough a fruit for offering last Friday. On Saturday, it was informed to me the fruit was bad. Today Monday I return to the shop to buy more things and also told the staff the fruit was bad. Instead of offering me an exchange, he was rude and upsetted me by saying they don't carry out exchanges of fruit as its from their suppliers!
I didn't think Lotus had their own farm! To not exchange an item and arguing about it is just bad and hopeless customer service. U would never find this sort of business acumen from a Chinese or Chinese store. Very bad Indian store!!!
