I was served by a lady called Pauline and she was very professional and helpful in narrowing down our selection and was impressed with the whole experience. She even went on to ask us to go through sleep therapy by allowing us to take our sweet time to do a little cat nap and also adjusted the position of my body and legs to sleep the right position and healthy way. Great place to drop by to help you understand the difference between the different kinds of bed offerings!

Delivery was prompt and the guys even helped to unwrap / install everything - seamless experience. The staff went beyond their normal to ensure I get my mattress delivered on time. The delivery itself was great. Quick and neat. Well documented for authenticity!

Good customer serving even through i told i would buy at getha online which is cheaper but ended up bought at retail due to good service (tried alot of pillow). Will take a look on the bedding un future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the biggest Getha Shop in Malaysia and you can find a wide variety of mattress and sleep related product such as pillows, eye mask, bedsheet etc. Love the feeling and atmosphere here. Staff and very friendly and helpful! Highly recommended to visit if you are looking for a mattress. Check it out!

Courteous service staff, great service, including those who served through whatsapp.
A bit pricey but one pays for quality.
