★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After visiting Kelana jaya KKM & Subang KKM, I'm so proud to say that this gombak kkm back home is still best. SOP is well maintained. QmEd appointment is helpful. Staffs are nice, warm, welcoming & mostly the doctors here are truly understanding and quick to help. This KKM may not be situated in town, but its cleaner, faster and friendlier than the rest

Outpatient clinic: my designated MO was not so friendly but other staff, nurses, radiology staff, pharmacy are all friendly.
Total spending time: +/- 3 hours
Covid19 test:
RM150 for swab test if you are not close contact to positive covid19 person.
Kudos to all the covid 19 team. Friendly, fast action, they know their patient. I got my printed result the day after the swab test.
Total spending time: less than 1 hour
It feels like you’re dealing with private clinic cuz you’re not going through any hassle. Kudos team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice friendly place. New building. Follows SOP well. Chairs available to sit waiting outside under the tent at a proper distance... The staggard and appointment basis seems to be working as not crowded. Staff friendly and helpful. Gave clear instructions 2x so that i onew where to go... I Brought my daughter for immunisation as per appointment given via school. Doctors and nurses very patient with us as my daughter cried for 20minutes before getting the jab.. Well done. Keep up the good work for the community..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my hiv test for pra perkahwinan here. Very efficient! All you need to do is book a slot via their web and come 15-30mins before your scheduled appointment and follow instructions at the counter. All the staffs are very polite and helpful. For Malaysians the cost is only rm1 for foreigners rm90. Make sure to bring cash and please make 2 photocopies of your hiv test form.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared to the old clinic, which have been turned into parking space, it is more convenient for public getting services here. With clean environment ie. Waiting areas and toilets, even the waiting time to get check-up and collecting medicine have been cut short. I applaud the service of the staff here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for check up. For sugar ,the ask me to come at 10am aand fast before come. Came at 9.30am and now already 12pm still Doctor haven't seen me. I have made this appointment 1 month in advance, but when i come here thy just take walk in until so crowded .taking so long to see patients. Plzz improve your system. People who make appointment should be treated faster. Now already been fasting for so long think i will get gastric.
The system at kkm should improve. The staff and doctor here are so clueless.
