★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a TV and very bad experience. They lied to us about our delivery and when our TV arrived they forgotten our bracket which in result cause a BIG delay in our installation. Very irresponsible and incompetent. Will STRONGLY not recommend anyone to buy from seng heng.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite holding the name as grand Sen heng elite, but the Customer service is not even up to average. All of the staff are just standing there and chit chat and don't come and assist customer. Only one or two staff are helpful. Better to hire lesser and provide more training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible after sales service! The phone number provided is USELESS as NOBODY will ever pick up! We had to go back to the branch again just to log the product faulty report. They promised to send technician the next day but NEVER turn up! NO call NO follow up! Sucks service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here for multiple purchases (iPhone 13, and today 2 MacBook Air) and there was at least 7 staff on duty, and everyone claims to know nothing about Apple products. The only staff named Farah entertained us, although she also does not know anything, at least she is willing to help with our enquiries such as stock check, promotion price check and making orders. I wish to strongly discourage people from coming here to ensure they no longer profit from us customers who wants Senheng’s service and warranty to teach them a lesson. This is quite outrageous especially the products sold here are not cheap. This will be my absolute last visit here and will return to Kepong branch in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very big 3 storey electrical appliance store. You can find almost anything here related to appliances..smooth buying experience, I like there an app to gain points /coins. Store is bright and clean. Good price for members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the one star comments are definitely what u need to know about this shop. The after service is terrible. Never think of calling their phone if u have problem with their product. They will NEVER PICK UP THEIR PHONE COZ THE PHONE SET SILENT ALL THE TIME, NOT EVEN VIBRATE MODE.
I tried to call them in their shop and saw the phone was just put aside and no one bothers. ?
If you ask them, they will tell you they are busy YET no customers in store and workers were chit chatting with each other. I guess that's what they so call "busy". TERRIBLE!
