โ โ โ โ โ Clean rooms, well equipped shower with hairdryer. Fresh sheets....the only downer was the clothes hanger. Kinda sketchy.
Perfect place to crash after a long drive.

โ โ โ โ โ When I entered the hotel room, I could smell some cigarette, even though I specifically mentioned I want a nonsmoking room.
The worst thing is I noticed they never wash nor changed the bed sheets, there was even a hole at the bed sheet.
The toilet was full of dirty strain on the wall and toilet door.
I strongly discourage you all to stay in this hotel on your trip to Raub.
It will totally spoil your holiday mood.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst hotel I ever seen...very bad customer service...aircond doesn't work...toilet with dirty strain... cockroaches running around...when I question the front staff(her name fatin) she was very rude.i've paid for the room but aircond doesn't work ,water heater doesn't work,room full of cigarette smell..keep changing the room for three times(up and down stairs) ...from 3rd floor going to 1st floor also the same.. finally manage to get 1 room at level 1 ..aircond good,heater only 50%,and cockroaches in the toilet....spoil my holiday mood..very disappointed...

โ โ โ โ โ I highly recommend this 3 star hotel in Raub. The surrounding area has a lot of different restaurants, saloon, banks n supermarket. The hotel room was fairly big, very clean n the pillow n mattress were of good quality. Towels n bedding very clean too. The staff very polite n obliging.
Internet access was a bit of a problem. Had to go to the reception area to get internet access. Overall value for money.
Keep up the good image.

โ โ โ โ โ The receptionist had a pleasant personality.The room and bathroom were clean and confortable.There was no extra charge for another pillow I requested.The price was reasonable.When I come to Raub again I will surely check into your hotel.
