Finally find parking lot, guard told me that Customer service only till 2pm during MCO and need to book an special appointment next round ?, what a disappointed services from GELA. Wish that you can upgrade your system to accept digital signature to ease for application submission..

I don’t get the HQ.They ask to book for appointment and every week is fully book.i don’t get it.where’s the alternatives or other solutions?Work on it please.

Cannot give receipt if pay via credit card. My wife has been a customer for more than 20 over years. Parking problems also. Big company small mind set not customer centric. Furthermore, the printing on the credit card receipts fade after sometime. Many if not most of your customers are seniors who are not it savy and a hardcopy receipt means alot to them, hard earned money, faithfully paying their premiums. How much does a piece of paper cost versus customers's payments received as scheduled.

Stupid and wasting my time! What is the purpose of making an appoinment if you cannot follow as per schedule? My appoinment at 2PM, I reached there even early, then I can only settle my business at 2:30PM just because customer a lady there at reception said only 2 counter are open! And guess what, at the end, the one that settle my business is indian lady at the receiption after I HAVE BEEN MAD WITH THEM! Why can’t you settle that at first why must waiting until your customer mad??? Happened on 4th March 2022. SUCKSSSSS

Overlooked the appointment process. Waited for an hour to have a staff come out to tell us that we have to come back another day if the person who had made an appointment for that particular slot turns up. Why can't a branch staff be placed outside to tell the queuing customers so, in the first place? Feel bad for the foreign guard who has to handle the upset customers who queue in the hot sun. Wonder how it would be if it rains? I honestly wonder how far we have come when the personnel proudly declared that it has been the procedure for more than a year now but haven't GE klang learnt much or improved watching Etiqa branch which is across the road where a fan is placed for the comfort of the waiting customers n a branch personnel is outside with the guard assisting the customers. Time to watch n learn.

12/5/2022 already endemic..here still need to make appointment and maintain social distance …poor customer service.its my second time being here no improvement at all… staffs are not efficient and only few counter are operating with parking problems somemore
