★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there with the intention of wanting to buy itching medicine at the pharmacy but the workers there were a bit rude in how to talk to customers, I let her know that my feet were itchy I didn't know allergies or not because I had never experienced it before itching in my legs, but she didn't listen to my explanation and kept giving me medicine and I didn't finish filling in my information in the book then she pulled out the book and I decided not to buy the medicine because I wasn't sure if it was right or not. give it to me, working in a pharmacy is not the way . hope it doesn't happen again to other customers because it's quite dangerous if she give the wrong medicine to someone.and she think that i not understand what she was trying to explain to me , that actually i understood eveysingle word she said to me, happened on 27/8/21 ( Friday - around 7pm to 720pm )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge Guardian pharmacy located in LG of Mid Valley shopping mall. You can find most of your needs here. Items were well arranged so shopping was pleasant. Price still reasonable. Staffs were helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to raise my complaint toward Ms Chin Ah Mei, pharmacist at Guardian Midvalley.
The incident happened when I visit to Guardian Mid Valley Pharmacy to make appointment for Health Check, the pharmacist( Ms Chin) shows rude attitude toward my request. She even shows a very irritating facial expression.
I feel disrespectful.
I would like to raise this issue to management as staff politeness is very important actually at the front desk.
Guardian Pharmacist failed to gain the trust from customers.
