★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last night I ordered from GrabFood at about 9:30pm and the food arrived at about 11pm something.. By 10:45pm I wanted to cancel the order but was not allowed by GrabFood telling me the cook has already started cooking. The food was ok. Not bad. The next day, I came to tapau lunch because my wife was having a high fever. Arrived at about 12:30pm and my order was taken. I arrived at the same time as 2 other customers.
About 50 minutes later, after seeing other customers have finished their meals and some has even left the premises, a guy from the kitchen came to me with a piece of paper to confirm my order. I got suspicious and went over to the counter to ask whether or not they have started cooking my food and to my shock, they haven't even started. I asked, how come the other customers have gotten their food and even finished them while they haven't even started on mine. They said that the other customers are ordering fried food which is easier than my chicken soup and paprik ayam.
Totally ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service We had been waiting for food for quite some time. The food isn't even that good. Other customers who arrived late get their food faster than those of us who arrived first. When we informed the workers about the food, they looked at us as if we were a bother and made numerous excuses. There was no apology from the staff, and we were treated like dogs. This will be our first and final stop.
