★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am puzzled with such a high number of good reviews. Lackadaisical attitude of sales staff Jane, be it showroom visit or call. They have no interest in sale, will reject you upfront by citing "appointment only" or "everything needs to wait", without even first checking. Only later to find out stock is available in other store.
Calls to Glenmarie store is also difficult, either no pickup, long waiting or just hung up on you.
I don't know how can they survive in such competitive market. For sure aftersales will be much worse, judging from the sales experience. I will find alternative brands regardless how good the products are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a designer and dropped by the showroom to check out Hafele accessories for my clients. I was excited for my visit especially based on the good reviews here. Unfortunately, I was immediately disappointed the minute I stepped into the showroom as I was greeted rudely by the saleslady (didn’t bother getting her name because I was taken aback by her attitude). I explained to her that I wanted to have a look at the kitchen accessories to have a feel in person, she led me to the products but did not even bother explaining a single thing about anything! I felt absolutely unwelcomed to the showroom. Just because your products are premium, your customer service shouldn’t be arrogant. I am utterly appalled by the saleslady’s stuck-up attitude and hope this review keeps her in check so she does not do the same to other customers/designers.

We were very much in charge of decisions but they supplied with layout etc. They are the experts and they would explain certain choices they had made to us so that we could fully understand the picture. The building company they use were excellent, clean and tidy and they made sure that we were kept in the loop all the time.”
