★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SOPs were in place although no one checked their temperature at the self temperature check machine.
We had reserved and so placed were arranged well. Service was a little slow. Food came quite quickly except for the chicken that came much later. We had pretty much finished dinner when the chicken was served. The kimchi stew was tasty. So were the side dishes. The main dishes really depends on your preference. The salad was refreshing with a hint of wasabi. The pork trotter was good. The chicken were a little salty.
Overall an enjoyable dinner.
Toilets were clean althouh the sink to wash
hands was clogged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow I love it very much ler....... typical Korean food. 1st time trying this soup pot with pork spine soup with potatoes(Gam-ja-tang) ? I think I couldn’t get this anywhere from other Korean food from Penang. japchae........ 1st time tasting stir fried japchae. Although it’s quite oily but taste good too. Oh ya another stir fried octopus. This is superb. The combinations are perfect. The sauce is not sweet type and little spicy in taste. (Na-ji bo-kkeum) ? lastly the bibimbap ? sadly its tasteless. No/ not enough sesame oil added and not salty at all. Hope the boss will improve on this next time I visit.
Recommended to call for reservations to prevent disappointment and suitable for small and medium group of ppl. Price are very reasonable too. Not many choice on their menu but they have this apps menu with more varieties.
Been coming for take away from this shop for my family members to try. They love it very much too and said this Korean food is very much different from what we had from other Korean restaurants.
Everything are packed nicely every time I order for my take away so far. Today is my uncle’s birthday and I came back for the 3rd time again.

Taste was authentic and prices were reasonable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sundubu was sooo flavourful and soy sauce grilled ribs were amazing!! Every table here ordered fried chicken (we tried the soy) and it was so good!! Batter was super crispy. Plus, the banchan here is good too and Portion is generous ???

One thing we didn't like was the staff not allowing us to pay via credit card despite they have the machine, they insisted for cash or e-wallet only..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this place due to the high rating. But was a little disappointed with the food. The Korean fried chicken with soy sauce was way too sweet, the japchae was too soggy and overcooked. I would say only the grilled pork ribs tasted good (but texture wise was quite hard). Soup was so so. Nothing to shout about. Not sure if I’ll come back in the future as there are still many good KR restaurants in Penang.
