★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are friendly and helpful but i feel really sorry that i have to write this. You guys really2 need to improve on your service and make sure you follow the SOP.
The staff didnt wear face mask at all while doing my hair. The worst part was she sneezed and covered her mouth with her hands, and after that she directly touched my hair!! So unprofessional.. please dont do that to other customers ever again ? very2 unhygienic and disturbing ? the staff also only use one hand while blowing my hair, and she played with her phone on the other hand. Please improve and learn to be more professional. Customers spend lots of money here and we have high expectations. That will be my first and last visit here. Will never come here again. Sorry
