★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here twice on their opening promotion RM99 for 2 hours of massage.
1st session the massage lady is above average. Could sensed she put a lot of effort but somehow some of the massages is a little bit off. Especially when there's time when her elbow slipped trying to massage on your back.
Came here again after a week and this time the massage lady gave me one of the most relieving massage I ever had. It seemed she knows exactly where I felt soreness. She spent a little bit more time on my stiffed shoulder and back. This time I felt that was the best RM99 I spent in a long time.
I planned to go again sometime this week. I must be dumb not to ask the great massage lady's name so I could have her again on the next session. Wish me luck!

Feel so fresh and ringan jer, i give 10/10 for Moon definitely will come again for body massage pulak ???

This place needs to improve on its soundproofing as my husband and I was in the room on the top for closest to the front of the building , we could here loud chatting and laughing.

Although they give a change of fresh towels to lay on the bed, they did not change the layer right below the towel. Naturally the towel was not large enough to cover the bed covering, so parts of my body do touch the bed cover and it feels oily. It feels disgusting imo. Even the "fresh" towels doesn't feel very clean. It has some oiliness and stickiness to it. I'm sure they wash it with every use but perhaps the method they wash wasn't good enough seeing that the towels will definitely get oily and hence harder to clean.
Masseuse technique: 3/5
Average. Pressure was inconsistent; sometimes too soft, sometimes firm(nice), sometimes too hard. Although I did comment on the type of pressure I want from time to time. Masseuse unable to pinpoint my problematic areas so the massage was not so targeted. It is alright if you just want to relax, but if you want a little more targeted massage to melt your tension away, maybe not so good.
Service: 4.5/5
Front office were definitely friendly, soft spoken and feels professional. However the masseuse wasn't very friendly. She was also texting, reading messages (from time to time) and answered a call loudly (once), which as a customer, its not appropriate.

Foot Massage & Aromatherapy Massage, Each for 60 minutes.
This morning I woke up with a good relaxed feelings and felt so fresh without any body ache. Definitely will get an appointment and give a try on their other packages.
