★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was great overall. I am extremely finicky in cleanliness. The bathroom was very clean. The bed and everything else was clean. You won't find tea bags, sugar and sorts here, which I find kind of missing. But I may kind of understand that they are trying to reduce the cost –although I think, it is still necessary to have because we got in late that evening, extremely tired and we thought we could have some teas but a-huh, none.
One thing to note, they will send you Whatsapp text message and guide you how to get into your room. About where to park, how to get the keys, etc. Although I find the instructions were very fine point but too technically instructive. There's no kind words like, "kindly, please place the key...", et cetera. The instructions somewhat made me feel like I'm a "robot" that requires an input and command. Not very friendly.

Your responds, on the 2nd point, was quite rude and offensive. With your 5 years experience, you should have taken this constructive criticism with an appropriate manner and response.
About not providing tea bags and all, you said to focus on cleanliness. That's not true because what if customers bring outside food into the room? Excuses!
I gave you 4 stars. I compliment you on your cleanliness and above all, I choose your homestay and pay the bill! Nothing personal. Your response was not professional, frivolous and ire. Plus, I get no thanks as well. Pfft, "5 years experience".
Remember this, CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.
One star deducted for your nonsensical response.

I would give 5 stars if not for the Neflix that didnt work on TV. Sob sob.. (I think the previous guest has logged out, and we have trouble logging in) but after the whole day, finally got the account to open from laptop. Tq!
Would be better if there are 2 access cards, as it is a hassle go in and out with the kids when my husband went to his meeting.
