★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn’t understand why you couldn’t help when my dog’s is in pain and sick. I call for 10times yet nobody hear when i went there u decline us and say it’s closing time. Like what the hell!!! Its a dog life and you’re a vet that chooses patients

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelled my cat's surgery due to an emergency case but didnt even bother to inform me earlier. My cat was fasting since the night before and i sent my cat around 10.30 AM the next day. Called me at 4.45pm to tell me that they didnt even do the surgery. My cat was left in the carrier at the clinic's lobby until 5pm when I picked him up. You people are just horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there wasn't a rule that at least 1 star should be given, I will definitely give no star. My dog is dying from sickness and this vet doesn't even want to accept our dog, not even close to the vet closing time. Such cold-blooded of being a veterinarian. I'll never suggest to come to this veterinary if you really love your pet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went a while ago. Doctor's attitude was really bad. Quite arrogant and talks to us as if we're terrible pet owners, causing them pain. We were already feeling really down because our pet was very sick. Quite the attitude they gave.
But on the bright side, very good with animals. My pet loved them. They treat pets with utmost care.
