★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable and clean hotel in johor bahru. I stay 4days 3nights last week. all the staff are very nice, especially the waiter in the breakfast buffet area. Very helpful. although the hotel is old, but very well maintained .. of course we will come again . Thanks a lot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel with nice infinity pool, clean and courteous staff. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay. However the only downside is the check in time of 3pm which is way too late to have a comfortable settling down to a nice hotel like this, please consider 2pm or earlier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible hotel! Not sure why this is a 4-star hotel, nothing in this hotel makes up for a 4-star. We booked the deluxe room but was downgraded to a superior room. Breakfast selection was horrible (coffee tasted like water) and we only had toast with eggs. The room was so dirty when we checked in (hair in the corners, stained sheets, mouldy pillows, dirty toilet) and bathroom towels had a bad smell. Sound proof was non existent in this hotel too, we could hear motorbike and neighbour TV sounds, talking, children walking in the corridor and other showering. The room is also badly lit, need more lights for night time. Need to step the cleanliness game up as this is definitely more like a 3-star hotel. Location was good, right beside KSL but other than that no reason to stay here again.

Bad- very much overcrowded. The hotel
Obviously have severe resourcing issues and is over catered for the amount of people designed for its size. Have to queue for pretty much everything- from check out to check in to breakfast.
Restaurant staff is very unhygienic as well- with no enforcement of gloves wearing and staff are not wearing masks at all. This is a covid crisis waiting to explode!
All in all horrible experience. Will not be back again.

There is an exceptional dim sum stall located in their premises which offers good choice of dim sum, however their service is a little slow and price is on the higher side.
Parking is chargeable and you can only pay via their ticket machine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent hotel near ksl, location good and decent pool. However, poor service and television broken. Maintenance was so bad that they ask us to change room in the middle of the night. The door toilet room also jammed and bed not that comfortable. Breakfast no dine in room service, only buffet. Room price is affordable but not a good hotel to stay in for that long!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall was 8/10. Location and room was fantastic. Buffet breakfast could be better. Will I come back.. maybe as for the price paid .. I've more options for my stay in JB to be a memorable one. Anyhow thanks dear reception girls for the exceptional customer service.
