★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service compared to other banks like maybank or cimb.need major overhaul in term of customer relation for front desk staffs.even the security guards there communicate with u better.
until the management does something, do yourself a favour n refinance ur loan with other banks (like me).trust me, even with lower interest rates etc, not worth it.
u will have a much better experience every time u deal with other banks
