★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week, i've placed my order by walk in. My wife had ordered but one of my order which is set A, I didn't get the porridge. So I called the shop and then a girl name Shafi answered my call because she said that I can claimed back my porridge whenever I came back to the shop. But sadly she didn't ask my name so how am I supposed to claim my porridge? Then I called back the shop but different girl name Afifa answer my call. I asked her where is Shafi because I want to talk to her. But then she said Shafi is not there. Luckily, Afifa ask my name to double confirm my "claim porridge". I just want to know why Shafi didn't help me because she supposed to assure me that I can claim my porridge with all my details but she just talk to me like she want to end it quickly??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was so good however that doesn't excuse the rude behavior I'm experiencing at the restaurant. I went there last Tuesday with my friends to have a good time but we completely lost the appetite for the customer service that have been provided, especially from the cashier who i vividly remember, wearing contact lenses. We were paying when she, the cashier gave our change as if I'm asking her to pay for the food. I really wish the people in charge can educate their workers on how to serve customers well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this place to enjoy the Signature porridge on last weekend, unfortunately I am deeply unsatisfied with the service.
1. Upon entering, there's 2 staffs that's just sitting on the sofa infront, playing with phone, selfieing (this goes on forever) and doesn't even greet me, does this company don't teach the staffs to greet customers or what? There's a girl with blue hair wearing Tealive apron who greeted me instead while the two just watch me walk into the outlet with disbelief? eyes. After I arrive at the counter then only the girl stand and took my order, still with no greetings whatsoever. The girl is not polite or cheerful (smiling etc) either. I don't know the name because they don't wear a nametag, but she was wearing a tudung shawl & black shirt, and the friend is wearing the same too but she was wearing a spectacles. While one the girl was cutting yoo tiao, the other girl recorded her from above and giggling. This is a really rude manners to do infront of customers. Check on your staffs please ?
2. The food is good & up to par as always. But when I was eating, an online order came in & I suppose there's something that have to be cooked so they told the kitchen boy who was busy doing something at the back to fry it. The boy looks rushed & stress. Why don't the girls infront do it instead because it seems like they doesn't have work either? They were just loitering and taking photos together infront. Instead of that, why don't they wipe the dirty mirror, doors & dusty chair or helped the boy instead?
3. The cutleries & bowls are slightly dirty. Maybe they can't wash the dishes carefully because they are too busy taking photos & videos. I can smell that the oil smell & flies has lessen so the management really took serious of the matter. The food are really good too but that's not an excuse for the lazy staffs you have. Too slow to do things too. Kudos to the polite chinese kitchen boy for doing things alone while still keeping smile on his face when he saw me.
4 stars for the food, but minus two for the staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chanced on this outlet when I had some leisure time and had wanted something light. Walked into an empty outlet which was filled with a vety strong oil smell. Found out why - the kitchen door was wide open hence oil smell from the fryers filled up the air conditioned dining area. Pretty much ruined my dining experience. In addition, was very surprised to note that there were plenty of flies at the service counter and tables. Never seen such for an air conditioned dining outlet. Double negative. I hope the management will look at improving on these to ensure sustainability of this outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, comfortable, and air-conditioned place that is open for breakfast for those porridge loving people with a good tasting "you tiao" (chinese fried long bread). They serve rice with curry chicken and dry noodles as well besides their traditional more famous counterpart (taufu far). Prices are standard as per other chains. Staff are ok la. Service is a little despite being the only in-house customers around and no grab food being prepared, which is a lil let down. Some cutleries were not washed properly.love the huge portion (2 chicken give per set) which is good. Curry is rich but a lil on the diluted side, still good enough for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food , ambience and service was good. Price standard cafe price. 2 coffee, 1 porridge, rice with chicken curry and cakoi set totalled to around rm38. Definitely recommend the food.
The area was very clean, so it's very perplexing why there were flies attacking our food.
Unfortunately no baby chair so maybe management can invest in a couple of chairs.
