★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unskillful staff. Simply ignoring details. No constructive advice. Just took your money and happily said goodbye! What's worse, the lady boss didn't bother to offer an apology when she was damn late for my appointment, she even gave me a dirty look like i was making her life difficult!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like how they treat their customers like when you walk by they will at least ask you how can they help you or what would you like to do today for your hair. That's customer service. I go there for my almost bi-weekly hair cut and they are consistent with the outcome. Love it. All of the staff are friendly and call up for an appointment if you already love the place. They accept cash and debit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never ever go to this salon nor recommend to any of my friends. At the beginning when I ask for the price how much she will charge for my hair for do rebonding, she charged me quite pricy because of my hair very thick and curly. I accepted the cost, but during the rebonding process their planning is to trim off my nearly more than half of my hair to make my hair thinner and make their work to be easier. I'm totally unrealised what she have been doing on my hair, because it was my first experience trimming my hair like that, I thought they only trimming little. After, fully did my hair I was so much regretted to choose this salon. Now my thick hair look like thin tail. Very sad and I'm depressed of my hair now, can't wait for my hair to regrow back. The service was not worth for the money. Anyone go here with thick and curly hair please be more extra careful on their trick.
