★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman paling buruk saya dapat berurusan dengan med rep dari kilang ini. Terpaksa juga berurusan kerana produk tak sama dengan keluaran kilang lain. Kalau cuba buat aduan internal staf tapis halang aduan kita. Jadi walaupun teruk terpaksa juga sabar demi pesakit yg perlukan produk idealcare. Sudah 3kali dapat layanan yg buruk begini tapi terpaksa juga beli produk ini.
 My worst experience was dealing with med reps from this factory. It also has to deal with the fact that the product is not the same as the other factory products. If you try to make an internal complaint, please refrain from complaining. So even worse has to be patient for patients who need idealcare products. It's been 3 times since I got this bad service but I have to buy this product too.
