★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am from ICLS KL. I took Japanese course. Their teachers are very kind and helpful. Ms kaneko, Ms yukiko, Mr sakkai and Ms hirabaya. They are the best and experienced teacher, they joked with students and told us about the Japanese culture. I love them very much. We will greet each other when we meet outside the school. They are very polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Think twice if you’re going to sign up here. They just do what they want and inform you of their decision. Poor communication between the centre and students. Signed up for their class before the MCO, and after MCO, they change teacher suddenly without prior notice. When we complained, they change back to previous teacher again. When we weren’t satisfied with the experience and wanted out, they said its their policy and can’t provide refund. Wasn’t even flexible enough to discuss. All this happened during the MCO. Wishes they could be more understanding that people could use the extra funds given the situation.
Strongly suggest to think twice, otherwise sign up if you have extra funds sitting around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enroll for the German class. Like what the poster mention below, the teacher is really strict. He will either break you or make you which is really understandable since the language is one of the hardest to master. You'll be expected to arrive early to note down all the notes given & it's a great opportunity to ask him any question regarding the previous lesson. Very intense class with one to one interaction. You will know if the German language is meant for you or not by end of the course. 10/10 highly recommended

The first time i failed, they gave me a free class. The second time i failed, they asked me for a private class.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The teacher I have currently is really nice, but the administrators are not the best. They hardly help you out and instead reply to your queries with rather sarcastic comments.
Edit: I think it is better to ask them for help in person rather than on text. The manager was really nice and helpful and there was less misunderstanding with the administrator when I talked to them in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You don’t want to join this class trust me. They have the worst German teacher. That man doesn’t know how to talk. He is rude and angry.
When I called the receptionist who was very sweet while I was enrolling and until I paid my fees, after which later she doesn’t even care about what is going in the class.
They will take full payment before the class and will not pay you back a single penny if you want to leave.
It is complete waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the worst class you could join. The German teacher is very rude and arrogant. He gets angry if you ask him questions. And he wouldn’t clear any doubts either.
The receptionist won’t help one bit if you want a refund or anything.
The teaching and syllabus is not at all systematic. The teacher doesn’t even know English well so half the time you won’t understand what he is trying to explain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ever administration you can find in any education institution. The staffs are lazy, fail to answer inquiries. They never communicate with their students and many miscommunication happen when trying to enrol their course. I'm paying for my course but it seems like am the one begging them to take me in. The ONLY good thing is they have good japanese teacher. Think twice before choosing ICLS, you can easily find a better language school with comparable tuition fee! LOUSY ADMIN!
