★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went on a Sunday by 7pm, sign says closed but they're still open (website says closes at 8pm). The young malay lady staff was so nice and sweet. Its my first time using J&T so I was quite blur but she assisted me and told me what I should do. She was very soft spoken and friendly too. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been calling for dont know how many times and days, but no one cares to pick up the phone. Went to the shop and told them about this issue, staff insisted the phone is functioning well. So, does it mean that you all just do that on purpose? Pls improve your service for the convenience of your customers especially during lockdown period. This is very critical.

service very slow. i know first come first serve, but please settle those with one items queueing first! and why only one counter working? those staff r always seen lacking inside the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far best jt express branch i went. Staff very friendly! The indian man and the malay lady very accommodating. Although theres another jt branch nearer to me and dhl jst within few mins drive frm my home. I still go to this branch. Seems like they are very well trainee kudos to the management team mantap sekali? Downside just that i tried calling them few times but nobody picked up. But not important for me as I normally just go to drop off my parcels and post.
