My first time delivering parcel in this store, the staff had a doubt on the volumetric of the parcel, instead of passing back the parcel and advising you to update the dimension first, but they scanned the parcel to accept the shipment then only started to check on the measurement. If you knew the total volumetric weight is unmatched with the shipping fees, why would you accept the parcel at the first place and that's what made it funny.
I used to go other branches where there were more welcoming and helpful staff which it has never had any unpleasant issue before, I thought I gave it a try at this store when I saw a J&T newly opened around my area which was more convenience and that proved I was wrong. When I walked into the store, I felt pressured with everyone in the store looking at me with no smile on their face. Not even a simple "hello" or "thank you" where other branches has lesser working people than this branch can do a simple greeting.
