Courier services just opened in bukit rahman putra. J &T Express here operates everyday, throughout the year including weekend and public holidays. There are approximately about 300 drop points nationwide, This is my frequent place and the nearest drop point to deliver my parcels.

Although the place is quiet & convenient but I actually quite unhappy with the assumption that the staffs made when I wanted to posts out my parcels , I have parcels that needed to receive before Raya , but they already told me that the parcels will sure to receive after Raya because of the overload parcels, is okay to tell me that but why said if is like don’t bother to accept my parcels and said that my parcels should be sent out last week (HOW HAVE I KNOW? I checked the website and nothing informed about this lol) , and I asked them back if the other branches will tell the same thing , they said yes After that, I really went to other branch to try my luck and the moment I went there , the place was was full of parcels outside and really busy with their works , but still they accept my parcels and answer my questions politely. I asked them “if is it true if I posts out my parcel , my receiver will receive after Raya?” They answered “maybe yes, maybe not ya, but really hope your parcels will be received before this week , as we will outbound your parcels by tonight, we won’t really tell the customers that the parcels will sure receive after Raya, but just in case to let you know so you can let your receivers to know that the parcels will receive this week or after Raya, so they won’t wait with disappointment, so we try ya & hopefully your parcels will reach your customers soon.” And I checked the tracking numbers today , and some of them already OUT FOR DELIVERY ? I am grateful with the conservation between me & the staffs , and they still receive my parcels and doing their job eventhough they are still busy with their works in hand. On the other hand , the staff at this branch looks so chill sitting at their places as if like waiting to answer their customers with “ sorry , your parcels will receive after Raya if you send now, we already cut off posting last week” WHAT? So funny , and the closing time is so early compare to other branch ? I will not going to this branch anymore, am so sorry to write this long. P.S : ALL my parcels has reached to a receivers today , so don’t ever made an assumption like that, and reject your customers posting especially during peak seasons , just put a notice in front of your door that you are NOT accepting any posting starting from when ?
