★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reached there at 11am only to be told to get back later at 2pm bcos they already cut off bfore lunch break. This is the second time it happens. Bfore this reached there at 10am also gave the same excuse to come back at 2.30pm. Terrible service. Most government offices always have such attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow... visited on Saturday. Come for new born registration, it took only 45 minutes to settle the process. Just pending mykid only available to pick up after 30days.
Too much improvement since visited JPN at previous location which located at Wisma Keladi.
Thumb up for biggest changes and fast services.
Please keep this good momentums in future.
