β β β β β Loving all the 7 dishes we ordered! We opened a bottled of red wine as well but itβs a huge disappointment. Stunning view if the sky is clear. And big thank you for the surprised dessert, we truly enjoy our dinner there.

β β β β β The Christmas menu was a disaster. Everything was so rich in taste and portion was surprisingly big for a 'fine' dining. There wasn't any palate cleanser in between; dishes after dishes the after taste lingers too long. 3 truffle dishes - WTH was the chef thinking? The Restaurant also messed up with the serving; our entre bread was served together with prawn and the the bread was by far, the worst and the TOUGHEST bread we've had so far. Good on ala carte, but will definitely not comeback on any special occasion menu.

β β β β β Environment is nice but the service is so bad..we regretted. At first at the entrance, they do not show hospitality. And When we ordered food, they are not sure they will be able to serve most of the food. Next, the food we ordered was different from the photo. Also the the taste is overrated. The worst things is we ordered A5 wagyu beef which is RM115 but the recipe does not much order. So I asked the waitress, but she said was not able to serve so replaced. I do not understand why she changed order without customer permission. She has not said sorry. I really disappoint. I am glad that I go there on important event.

β β β β β Great dining experience, it comes with nice foods and desserts as well as their friendly services team. If you are looking for a romantic place, then this is a place for you with a beautiful KLCC view.

β β β β β I must say that a meal with a view always makes the food better. Situated on the 11th floor, you can have a very decent uninterrupted KL skyline as your backdrop. The service was excellent and prompt. The food was pretty good, I must say. I enjoyed the truffle fries, pimentos, grilled pulpo, and the torched saba was terrific. Apparently, the fried chicken is to die for!! Unfortunately, the desserts had a lot of misses for me. Overall a wonderful meal.

β β β β β A restaurant with great view of all the KL skyscrapers. Staffs are friendly and services are good. Ordered 3 starters, 2 mediums and 1 dessert. The foods tasted quite good with great presentation. If it's your birthday, they'll also provide complimentary cake with a cheerful short magic show. Prices are average.

β β β β β Reservation cancelled even after having paid the deposit - The 2nd chapter.
The management of the restaurant reached out to me after I had written about my disappointment on my reservation being cancelled and apologized. They conducted an internal review on how this could have happened and concluded that it was a mistake on their part. I am impressed with the professionalism the management showed and the interest they had on the review that I had written.
So we went for dinner last Saturday am I am glad to say that we had a fabulous meal at Japas. The dishes were creative and delicious. Highly recommended. It's a restaurant worth trying if you have not been.

β β β β β Me and hubby celebrated my birthday at Japas. Is our first time dining here and we had excellent experience. The manager was very patient to explain & recommend their popular dish. We love all the dishes, especially the wagyu sukiyaki! At the end of our meal, we had small little birthday "surprise". Love the ambience, food, and service! We will be back for more!?
