★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pegawai JKM Kota bharu TESCO sgt perihatin, peka terhadap permasalah pelanggan, menerima setiap aduan atau permohonan bantuan terlebih dahulu dan menjalankan siasatan bagi menentukan kelayakan, tidaklah semua permohonan yang diterima bermaksud layak, siasatan dibuat terlebih dahulu sebelum bantuan diluluskan. Saya terpegun dengan Layanan mesra para pegawai JKM, tidak memandang hina pada yang miskin, layanan mesra dan sopan, dan cepat. Pejabat JKM Kota Bharu TESCO juga mesra OKU, terdapat kaunter khas OKU bagi memudahkan pelanggan yang kurang upaya dilayan dengan segera. Terbaiklah Pejabat JKM Kota Bharu TESCO, Pegawai Kebajikan Masyarakat (BIG BOSS) yang menjadi contoh kepada kakitangan bawahannya, kerana didepan mata saya lihat seorang Pegawai yang berkaliber turun padang bersama kakitangan memunggah barang2 seperti beras, kotak sardin, pack gula 24kampit untuk diagih ke pusat pemindahan banjir. Salut BOSS JKM Kota Bharu TESCO ??

I was fascinated by the friendly service of JKM employees, disrespectful to the poor, friendly and courteous, and fast. TESCO's Kota Bharu JKM office is also disabled, with specialty counters to facilitate customers with immediate needs. Best of the TESCO Kota Bharu JKM Office, the Public Welfare Officer (BIG BOSS), for example, in front of my eyes saw an Officer of the caliber down to the field with staff loading items such as rice, sardines, 24 packs of sugar packs for distribution to the evacuation center flood. Salute BOSS JKM Kota Bharu TESCO ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat cawangan Kota Bharu.. Anda boleh mendapatkan borang2 bantuan kemasyarakatan, mendaftar sbg sukarelawan rumah Kasih iaitu Rumah Rehat Warga Emas dan juga untuk rujukan nasihat serta mendapat kan kaunseling.
Kota Bharu branch of Social Welfare Department .. You can get social assistance forms, register as a volunteer for Rumah Kasih, which is Rumah Rehat Warga Emas and also for advice and counseling.
