★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is at old wing of 1 Utama n near to escalator n Isetan...small shop but well decorated with nice smell....but the staff a bit snobb...just bcause the brand is expensive ...need to improve ya....???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 staffs been serving me excellent by 2 visits. Only 2 customers been allowed to go in the premises once, enjoy the shopping experience. What I love about them is they always handling my one million questions while they are doing the wrapping services, and surprisingly they could answer my questions while their hands are busying for the wrapping. The name crafted service is always recommend to be provided. Also recommend the order and deliver online services to me. This outlet will be the one and only Jo Malone boutique I would visit so far.
