★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at front desk acts like a ganster, while in uniform, reception is a senior person but couldnt explain what the procedures are and what licensing should be paid where and why, a temporary license could be explained by him cause lack of awning license, clueless, not friendly, needs alot of improvement, i see gov *always smile * sign but i dont see them smiling, as a malaysian i feel they misrepresent us malaysian's culture. To be friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car was towed on a Sunday. Their service was very quick and got back my car in 15 mins after paying the compound. But have slight scratches on my car and not very happy with that.
