★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Took my picture when I wasn't ready and didn't let me see the photo until after they printed. My face looks like i was in the middle of grimacing. The lighting is also off. Asked them to retake but they refused unless I paid them again. Not going there again.

Claims a price for portrait photo, then raises the price afterwards, and then slaps on additional touch up surcharge fees for one of them because it didn’t turn out good out of camera.
Plenty of other options in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service from worker. Call them, didn’t pickup. The way the instruct us to pose is too old fashion. And the photo quality isn’t good. Not going to there anymore. Not satisfied at all. Doesn’t worth any star for this shop. Bad bad rating !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the quality of 3R and 4R photo print outs. Also opens till 9pm for convenience.
However, not recommended for larger photo prints as the quality of paper used is lower and not printed by same shop. But don't bother to ask for help on touch up or repairs before printing - you have to do it yourself before going. Also better to clarify and state in receipt whether you want laminated photo or glass front. Otherwise you will get different output / and may have to pay more to get it laminated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service by Ms Ooi. Professional photograph for convocation photos and very patient with my big family and kids. Later they posted my photos to Sabah in a very good packaging.
