โ โ โ โ โ I've been there numerous times. The wait is way too long each time. The food served is not fresh. Especially burger. It's always cold. During the recent visit, ordered vegetarian burger and they served cold, expired burger. The cheese was as hard as rock and the vegetarian meat was cold and dry. If it's the first time then probably can be tolerated since they replaced the burger with a fresh one once we explained about it to the manager. But every time it is like that. The staff at counter needs to fast moving and alert. The staff didn't even give me my balance after the payment and I had to ask for it. This place seriously needs a change. It got worst from bad.

โ โ โ โ โ 24jam KFC Drive Thru Tanjong Malim yang terdapat di tepi jalan besar Tanjong Malim.. bad service from manager to staff.. many flies happy fly around without control.. KFC old town Tg.malim have same worst service with this branch

โ โ โ โ โ Good service and great... The manager of the floor and staff on 5/7/2020 @ 22.30 also good person, nicely talk and treat even though they want to closing already.. TQSM ..My kids and family enjoyed the food..

โ โ โ โ โ The service at the counter was very unsatisfactory, and to make matters worse, there was no chilli sauce because they were out of stock. I'm not sure how the Tanjong Malim branch's fast food restaurant works. At 9 p.m., the employee at the counter is instructed to wait for the chicken to be fried for the people in the line. Due to the fact that this is not a new branch, performance is extremely poor. It has been in operation for quite some time. Only cash is accepted. It's heartbreaking.
