★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience at KFC, if your fry chicken finish and customer will need to wait, please tell your customers who are lining up, I know got many people, but at least can let us know la, I waited in the line for 20 minutes, then finally my turn but you tell me chicken need to wait for another 20 minutes and original only, spicy no stock？！！Come on la, if you tell me chicken will need to wait for at least 20 minutes when I was in line, I would've just leave, wasting my time. Please improve. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever in KFC. Few years ago is better, but now the service is so bad.I think is the problem of waiter, the move is too slowwwww. They r just wandering in the kitchen when I was lining up.Kindly remind the maneger, just fire the lazy staff and let other serious one doing the job. Also disappoint in delivery.Hope KFC in KKlawang will become better next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst KFC ever....so many stuff at the back only one at the counter busy packing for grab/panda whatever ...was ignored for 10mins .All promo items always unavailable esp the burgers. Slow service. It is lucky that it is the only fast food in this town. This is not a first time occurrence, happened all the time unfortunately.
