I ASKED MICROWAVE OK TAK, THE ANSWER IS MICROWAVE BROKEN, .OK THEN. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL MY FOOD BUT THE GIRL NEAR THE COUNTER CONTINUES TO SCAN THE FOOD THAT NEEDS TO BE HEATED AND TOTAL CASH. I WAS LIKE .. WHAT! BENDA BOLE INFORM AND TUNGGU LA APA APA CUSTOMER NAK CAKAP!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are very bad. I was been to that shop for buying some goods. The moment I went to the cashier for pay for my goods. One of the staff name is Yadev (Nepal), he handling the cash. When I gave my products to cashier and I am ready to pay by card suddenly he angry, and said I can't pay by my card. I need to pay cash. It's a new system from Head quarter. Beside him got his supervisor he also said same thing. I was shocked. I can't pay by card. I feel so embarrassed Infront of other customers. Don't go that branch of KK. It's a very bad experience of mine. I suggested to other people don't go that branch for buying any goods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2.01 am 25/01/22, KK Prima Sri Gombak, about 7 nos of Indians came in with 3 cars (where 2 of the car registration numbers have been recorded and be submitted to the authorities for further action) and a motorbike dropped by to buy some booze. They grouped outside the premise with full disregard of the SOP, drinking beers, making ruckus/noises which has also caused great discomfort especially the female Indian staff.
As a responsible Malaysian citizen, I monitored their activity till 4.01 am and once they realized they were being watched, they quickly fled the scene at high speed.
I have also alerted the police twice. Since KK Supermart is now allowed to operate on 24 hours during the pandemic, the safety factors of the staff working on night shift MUST be ensured especially at the remote places.
I am also fully aware that KK has been easy targets by criminals for robbery especially in the early morning.
I hope security and safety of night shift staff MUST be taken seriously by KK Management. Don't wait until lives are lost, ACT NOW!!
