★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and tidy. All information is complete and clear with multiple languages. The information counter also so helpful and informative. But during this pendemic C19, all timing is to be updated, or you will miss all your trains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived after closing hours at 12am and there's always other passenger that spend the night here either waiting departure in morning or arrival from a bus here. Opening hour at 530am and the only train that can be used at that time is klia transit paying online or machine that only accept cards. LRT, KTM and MRT depart at 6 or 7am as first trip. 7e or McD not operating as 24h as the signboard says. Prayer room open at 530am-12am We can still enter kl sentral only for toilets after closing hour. The picture is at KTM train station with public phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A one stop station to all public transport access. LRT, MRT and KTM. Easy to navigate around. and there are many police and staff to guide you in case you’re lost or confused with the floor map. This is my exchange point for me to reach my workstation. Can be pretty crowded during peak hour time. However they need to work on their toilet cleanliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A poorly maintained central transportation hub.
The toilets here are often closed, the waiting area feels like a sauna (the folks running this place seem to prefer fans over aircond), and then there's unnecessary daily queue for ETS, due to a weird implementation of the MySejahtera system and entrance.
The "I don't care" attitude is clearly visible on the faces of people manning the public area -- from the cleaner to the KTMB staffs.
Smiles among staffs are rare. They seem to loath being here.
Overall, the KL Sentral is a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the biggest transportation hubs in Malaysia. The main interchange station for LRT, Monorail, ETS and KLIA Transit. Basically you can go anywhere from here. An important place for travellers. There are many restaurants here. The building is connected to NU Sentral Shopping Mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nu Sentral
KL Sentral has a not-so-well-kept secret, and it's the absolutely handsome looking pedestrian bridge linking Nu Sentral Mall with the Monorail station and Brickfields. Built by GDP Architects, this piece of architectural marvel soothes the symmetry-obsessed instagrammers looking for a shot that tells the story of modernity versus heritage. It's used by an estimated 10,000 pedestrians on a daily basis, so you will not be short of interesting subjects to use as focal points for this gorgeous backdrop.
