★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed.. i was suffered with pain & ask reference letter to do futher check at the hospital.they charge RM40 for the reference letter only. I went b4 so many clinics but this is very very bad..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad staff serving patient while queue for 1/2 hrs but the staff put a board notice come back 1.30 after lunch withouy informed the queue patient. The time was just 11.30am. How the staff responsibility if the patient is in critical illness? Suffering? Call up the staff required to talk with doctor.. But the staff hangup the phone call. Not the right manner it suppose to be!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad bad experience we had counter tonight. THIS CLINIk never follow que.Those called before us are just normal patients not emergency case, senior citizen or pregnant. We have waited for more than 35 minutes also unattended. The reason given is they are short handed. In view of we need only dressing service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of nurse. Stand in front of registration counter for over 15 minutes, I feel like I am transparent. only one nurse inside the counter, she is doing her job without entertain you. I feel sick and going to clinic opposite road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meet a bad doctor "ganti", not caring patients but still questions patients like prisoners. Please remain all the permenant doctor like Dr Tan, Dr Soo and Dr Cathy but not doctor "ganti". ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good clinic to go if you have any problem. The medicine the doctors prescribe are quite effiecient. The doctors are quite attentive & understanding. Expect a long wait as the clinic can have a lot of patients at one time.
