β β β β β went there for consultation, Dr just simple look at my skin for around maybe left and right and up and down and done. Dr asked me what skincare product I am using so I said amino acid based cleanser and she asked me to reduce it. Due to its high treatment fee and I didn't feel convince during the consultation so I just bought their cleanser online. Anyway, it is from your store at Shopee so there's no way that I can get counterfeit product unless the product that sent from your online store is fake. I just got the cleanser today, and when I checked on the ingredients list, it is also amino acid based cleanser which the DR asked me to reduce it. (The treatment that DR suggested me include their product as well). Feel speechless at the moment, you asked me to reduce it and yet it is in your ingredients list also........ Location is reachable and place is nice and clean, but if you are having severe acne, you still can reach out to DR KO but if your condition is mild to moderate as me, there is better place to reach out for. (DR prescribed me Isotretinoin for my mild acne. Uhmmm, maybe I am not a doctor so Idk) Not here to say that DR KO is bad, but maybe this particular experience is just unpleasant to me.
** if u all wonder why I didn't just get the cleanser at the clinic, I asked the DR can I just take the cleaner and the medicine, DR asked me what's the point of taking the cleanser only. Dr said the cleanser didnt help much. This is what she said sooooo, ended up I just buy online.
