โ โ โ โ โ It is great to have Klinik Impian in Durian Tunggal. The doctor Dr Hakim is professional, approachable and caring while the nurses are helpful, cheerful and friendly. With its tip top facility with X Ray, it currently my first choice of clinic for medical reference in this area. Thanks to Klinik Impian.

โ โ โ โ โ We registered our child for Covid Vaccine on end April 2022. The clinic personnel has informed that my child name has been registered and part of waiting list. After a week, we do call up for following up for vaccine appointment. We been informed that still my child in waiting list. We called up again after 1 week again and we only received the same story that our child still in waiting list and the clinic staff could not give us date for vaccination and suddenly hang up the phone. We called three times again immediately but nobody picked up from the clinic. With such inefficiencies, we immediately contacted Klinik Dr. Diyana in Bukit Baru which we got appointment the following day. What surprise me was the Klinik Impian staff has contacted my Malay staff who her child vaccinated by this Impian Clinic. The clinic staff has informed that somebody child has not turned up for vaccine appointment on 19th May 2022 and ask my staff if she has anybody child that not yet vaccinated can come for vaccine appointment. Just imagine we have waited for so long for getting the appointment and Klinik Impian staff did not contact us until today. This make me think that the clinic staff is racist and inconsiderate in giving out vaccination appointment. This kind of clinic must be not supported. Such a pathetic people. Kudos to Klinik Dr Diyana professionalism who go beyond race and skin color for attending their patient and showing their noble intention.
