★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service! Please don’t come. Doctor Ismail tak ada empathy langsung. I was pregnant and visited the clinic due to bad morning sickness tapi i yg dimarahnya. Langsung tak ada tanya keadaan kesihatan saya, how bad is the morning sickness etc. Terus kena marah sebab minta MC.
 Very very bad service! Please don’t come. Doctor Ismail has no direct empathy. I was pregnant and visited the clinic due to bad morning sickness but I was angry. No one asked about my health condition, how bad is the morning sickness etc. Continue to be angry because I asked the MC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD SERVICE !! Janji keluar result pcr after 24hrs , dah lebih 24hrs call 10 kali tak angkat . after 10 kali baru angkat tapi STAFF BIADAB JAWAB DENGAN PT! Takboleh bagi waktu yang tepat untuk PT dapat result pcr ! dahla bayar mahal2 bad service pulak tu . STAFF TAKDE ETHICS LANGSUNG! TAK LAYAK KERJA KLINIK ! pt masih bercakap dia selamba tutup call bagi alasan line terputus , padahal dengar je dia sendiri letak gagang phone ! bad service and staff lembab!!
BAD SERVICE !! Promise to leave the pcr result after 24hrs, more than 24hrs call 10 times without answering. after 10 times just picked up but STAFF BARBARIAN ANSWERED WITH PT! Takboleh for the right time for PT can result pcr! dahla bayar mahal2 bad service pulak tu. STAFF TAKDE ETHICS DIRECTLY! NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CLINICAL WORK! pt is still talking, he slowly closed the call for the reason that the line was cut, even though I heard that he himself put down the phone! bad service and damp staff !!
