★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 5 Jan, I reached clinic at 130pm and was told Doc is having lunch break 12- 230pm. I went home and came back to the clinic at 330pm, and again I was told Doc is having a tea break !!! WTH !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great place with good prices. they respond fast on whatsapp. close by my house since i live in parkhill. they gave me an appointment the same day that i texted them on whatsapp. very friendly and kind. i will rate 4/5 stars.
they are missing one star because when getting a covid test done for my flight the doctor yelled at me because i had gum in my mouth (i honestly realized that i did when i was already sitting down in the chair to get the swab done and i told the doctor about the gum. she just kept saying why did you do this and stuff…but she was yelling it…i thought it was gonna impact my results because of how impactful her yelling was).
instead of getting yelled at i could have at least been told that i shouldn’t have gum the next time i do a covid test and could have been asked to spit it out…it was an honest mistake and seeing that the doctor lashed out made me feel really awkward and weird and i left the clinic really fast because i was embarrassed. i didnt even get to thank the staff for their help or anything because i was too embarrassed. i think the doctor was having a bad day, so i hope that maybe her next upcoming days will be more cheerful. i’m still thankful that she is risking her health to make sure that we are all healthy.
i’d still recommend coming to this place because the staff IS HELPFUL and the service IS GOOD and so are the PRICES.
this will be my go-to clinic! thank you for your service during this tough time!

Overall: Booked and paid for the appointment. I’m late for 5 MINUTEs and was told by the receptionist the doctor has left for meeting and ask me to visit the next day for the test. (Which I’m feeling unwell during the visit)
I was NOT told that the doctor is not based at the clinic itself prior my decision on the payment. I don’t felt this is the right way to treat a patient/client.
