However the quality of the service and the facilities provided could be improve particularly after moving into more strategic and bigger location next two years. Has good prospect for future and please keep it up with the best services for the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to contact by call and whatsapp but respond rate was slow. So I’ve managed to walk in, initially nak book appt je sbb tahu susah. Alhamdulillah Allah permudahkan, ada slot kosong and pakar pun ada. They slot me in right away. The Dr ( male, I forgot to ask for his name ) was really thorough with his explanation. Cepat dan teliti. This is my first time, definitely recommended. Price wise : affordable & reasonable. Thank you KPKU

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment to come in today at 11am to see the ENT Specialist. Arrived at 10.50am for registration and up til 11.15am I am still waiting to see the doctor. When I asked is the doctor not in ? The receptionist said "Oh the doctor is here but she's bringing her child to see the other doctor" While pointing at the said doctor who was supposed to see me. She walks pass me so many times back and forth to for the dentist room and the other kid for an xray. In what right mind is this doctor doing such a thing during her working hours ?? Letting your patient wait past the appointment time set. I know you want to be so called the best mom but please don't during your working hours where you should be attending your patient and not your kids.

If you aren't sure of which specialist you should go, you can come here to get advice & treatment & they will refer you to a specialist at Klinik Pakar USIM if they think you need one. Staff&doctor Rokiah is very friendly. It located under the roof path same building as Klinik Pakar
