β β β β β Saya datang ke klinik ini kerana saya lihat review sgt baik di internet dan saya mempunyai expectations yg tinggi tetapi saya sangat kecewa dgn service disini. Saya buat tampalan disini pada bulan yg lalu dan tampalan yg dilakukan tidak kemas dan sangat tidak selesa gigi saya ditampal dua gigi seperti dicantum tiada ruang diantara gigi. Saya sangat terganggu sepanjang hari, gigi saya di bahagian belakang terhalang dgn composite dan menyebabkan flos tidak dapat melalui di bahagian tersebut. Terdapat jugak cavity di bahagian bawah tampalan sebelumnya. Kalau service klinik kerajaan mcm ni saya tak terkejut dan masih boleh faham tapi ni klinik swasta jadi saya mengharapkan kualiti yg baik setimpal dengan harga yang diberikan. Keesokkan harinya saya datang semula ke klinik dan memaklumkan tentang keadaan gigi saya dan dirawat oleh dr yg berlainan dri sebelumnya dan gigi saya yg sama telah dibaiki dengan baik oleh Dr berlainan. Saya ingatkan tiada caj lagi dikenakan kerana membetulkan kesalahan dr sebelumnya & saya ingatkan ia merupakan kawasan yg sama dgn sebelumnya tetapi ada kawasan lain yg mungkin saya salah faham sebelumnya. Pertama, saya seorang yg alert, kalau org lain yang tidak alert dgn gigi mereka mungkin akan membiarkan saja tampalan yang bermasalah walaupun bertahun tahun. Saya faham mungkin ada lagi tambahan tampalan dikenakan caj yg baru tapi sepatutnya pihak klinik memaklumkan dengan JELAS SEMASA saya di dalam bilik rawatan kerana tujuan utama saya datang untuk fix kualiti tampalan sebelumnya dan tidak menjangkakan terdapat caj baru lagi. Tapi takpa saya tetap membayar saya tidak mahu panjangkan kes. Jujur saya sudah banyak mencuba beberapa klinik gigi swasta sepanjang hidup saya tetapi klinik ini sangat mengejutkan saya kerana saya tidak pernah mempunyai pengalaman seperti ini dengan klinik lain. Klinik ini telah menghubungi saya dan memohon maaf, saya dah memaafkan tapi saya ada hak ingin berkongsi pengalaman saya disini. Terima kasih.
I came to this clinic because I saw a very good review on the internet and I have high expectations but I am very disappointed with the service here. I made a patch here last month and the patch was untidy and very uncomfortable. My teeth were patched on two teeth as if there was no space between the teeth. I was very distracted all day, my teeth in the back were obstructed composite and caused the floss to not be able to pass in that part. There is also a cavity at the bottom of the previous patch. If it's a government clinic service, I'm not surprised and I can still understand, but it's a private clinic so I expect good quality commensurate with the price given. The next day I came back to the clinic and informed about the condition of my teeth and was treated by a different dr from before and my same tooth was repaired well by a different dr. I remind you that no more charges are levied for correcting previous mistakes & I remind you that it is the same area as before but there are other areas that I may have misunderstood before. First, I am an alert person, if other people who are not alert with their teeth will probably just leave the problematic fillings even for many years. I understand there may be more new patches charged but the clinic should have informed me CLEARLY WHILE I was in the treatment room because my main purpose came to fix the quality of the previous patches and did not expect any new charges. But if I don't pay, I don't want to prolong the case. Honestly I have tried many private dental clinics in my whole life but this clinic really surprised me as I have never had an experience like this with another clinic. This clinic has contacted me and apologized, I have forgiven but I have the right to want to share my experience here. Thank you.

β β β β β So far, this is the best clinic I go for my teeth check-up,, the dentist was so gentle and it makes me comfortable and less anxious during the treatment!! The price is also affordable. Overall, I give 10/10 for the service

I went there for scaling and polishing considering they were having a promotional price and surprisingly the doctor was so gentle and nice and she even took her time to consult me about my dental hygiene. Price was reasonable as well. Overall it was a 10/10 experience.
