Indeed a businessman.
Worst thing is the way she talks create unnecessary fear to patient.
“Focus root of disease”, but consultation NEVER touch about the foundation (diet & lifestyle), just emphasised on benefits of extra medications/supplement. PUI!
Well I understand medical doctors need to make a living... always aware some medicine may get cheaper at pharmacy/online but I never wants to bargain with my dr, because i really appreciate their professional advice.
But this clinic is just way toooooooo over!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st: Doctor is selling supplement products, is this ethical in medical practice?
2nd: Supplement product's packaging is WITHOUT any authority approval. As a doctor, do you know this is WRONG?
3rd: Price of the supplement was SUPERB expensive. Without proper authority approval, without proper contents, etc. this is far way too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. liau is a very polite, humble, calm, nice, kind, and knowledgeable doctor. She explains everything clearly in details. The services provided are very good! So far, this clinic has been my favorite, and i always come here for a treatment although i live quite far from here but i never regret coming here. Good staff, good doctor, good services, clean environment. Highly recommended!

Understandable it is a private clinic, in my experience, the doctor seems to be a little too eager to push for higher sales services rather than providing reasonable medical advices.
1 star? I wanted to give 0 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is very good at making money and doing business. Doctor asked me to do a body analysis (The kind that gym does it for free) but didn't let me know it's going to cost RM50. No wonder she insisted for me to take the piece of paper results back even though I didn't want it. Doctor also kept mentioning that she is surprised to see me visiting her without my mom since I was a fresh grad, I guess it's because she knew I won't be able to afford the expensive packages so she really wanted me to bring my mom over.
