★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their clinic is listed in peduli sihat panel, but they are claiming now its not included , it was old time it seems. Then why do you have your clinic listed in the official peduli sihat panel website ?????? Remove it so that people who cant really afford to pay can go to clinic which actually have peduli sihat payment option. Wanted to pay using debit card also not available. If cash payment is the only option, thn write it up and stick it at the entrance door so patients can come prepared at least with enough cash . No professionalism at all ! Will not come again !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom and my husband had done COVID test on Saturday 12/2/22 afternoon but now it's Sunday 13/2/22 evening till there is no update on email or call about the results. Called many times but no answer. So poor service, very disappointed. I'm tested as positive so my close contacts came to check and they told you the situation. You all said 24hours but no response till date. The Malay nurse is so rude don't know how to talk to patients, please keep staffs that can talk politely and with some manners please. Thank you!
