β β β β β This clinic is very expensive, from treatments to cat food and other items sold at clinic. Most of their clients are Malays because the the clinic is Malay owned with no competitive pricing. Staff are young and inexperience. If you have the choice and intend to save, rescue and help strays, please don't go here.

In my 30 years of rescuing animals and visiting veterinary clinics, i never came across this kind of treatment by a vet clinic. The worst !
My cat died in their hands, so much of lies, twists and turns by the whole team. Asking me deposit twice although my total bill was less than the money required by them. Am done.
Let Allah be the judge. He knows all too well. Merry Christmas ? !!

β β β β β Plz don't come here as this clinic is poorly managed, money oriented, pricey & lazy to answer phone calls nowadays. Already requested to see Dr Siti many times but wasn't entertained. You will meet a short frontdesk lady who is bossy & arrogant. Came here to proceed with a test and wasn't allowed to collect the result eventhough already paid by customer. I was also asked to pay for a medicine that wasn't agreed by me but since they already opened it the customer have to pay. No star ? deserve for this clinic just to make sure everyone see the the real truth ??

β β β β β Service is too slow. Have called prior appointment and been asked to come at 1030. Came at 1030 but had to wait for 1 hour and 30 mins just for catβs vaccination. If 30 mins or so wait is okay, acceptable but 1.5 hours of waiting is sign of poor service.

β β β β β Very good ?? theres blood transfusion service, boarding and others. But they are strict when it comes to break.. they literally dont let you go in during their break which is 1-2 if I,'m not mistaken the break time. But I gave 5 stars because of their level of professional. My cat once got jaundice and liver was affected pretty bad.. but when I transfer my cat here because of blood transfusion.. and with their treatments alhamdulillah my cat is all well now? eventhough the cost for the stay and other things was expensive than other vets but it was worth it that my cat could get well. ???

β β β β β First time there. Mixed feeling. Very systematic, i would say fully equipped compare with others clinic. The staff, some are friendly but some are not. Waiting period could be improved as patients are relatively fewer than other clinics. Doctor is fine. The cost is by far the most expensive I have incured. But I guess they need the money to maintain the facility. My cat died anyway. Breaking bad news could be improved as well, as cats are family to most of people who went there. Lastly, i really love the vet nurse, thank you for your kind words.
