★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charge for appointment with Dr 30 ringgit. Then ok la i accept. But charge for 2 type of medicine which is ubat tahan sakit and ubat bengkak for 54 ringgit? Seriously a scam. Please avoid this clinic. Total Rm84

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Segaran is an experienced doctor. Very efficient.
However, all the other staff there seems like unfamiliar with their task. So slow. They wrongly gave instruction which create confusion to the patient. Communication skill zero. They cannot even get to understand doctor's instruction very well. Listening skill also zero. Very bad at handling people. So unprofessional.
They should explain the right procedure to the patient as well when performing the medical procedure/medical check up so that the patient can do it in correct manner. They wrongly attached the document of the result for medical check up until the doctor discovered it. They missed one important check up required by the host company and luckily Dr Segaran notice it. Just a simple thing. Everything written still got lots of problem. They should improve better. I just hate the hospitality there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor consultation cost me rm30. Ok nvm. But just ubat demam, selsema, batuk, strepsils and whatsoever vit c cost me rm108?!!! Total cost rm138???? Not gonna go again. I go to other clinic just cost me around rm60 with doctor consultation and similar types of medicines. ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try to bring someone with knee injury and doctor alvin xavier( dip in dermatologist ), son of the Xavier will charge you rm902 for 2 xrays and medicine.. you really disgrace your dad's legacy.. and he ( doc alvin dip in derm ) even don't know about the pricing etc.. then when he kena whacked with me on weekend morning then suddenly the bill can be change and much cheaper but still cost me around 320++. To doctor alvin xavier and gangs, at least wanna cons, remove the dip in derm on the door sign cause it's showing where you guys are. Peace out.. i would recommend minus star if Google have that options.. to all peeps out there, just don't go to them, either your money kena whack or doctor kena whack.. either one really stress out. Go to other clinic better, better than bomoh air sejuk this clinic. Remember guys... Negative star rating only deserve for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on September 2021 for Offshore medical examination. Worst experience ever. They conduct in house training on their trainee without consent from patient. The staff like have no idea how to operate the equipment. Worst to worst the doctor hand was shaking when taking blood sample.
2days after i have to call the clinic ask when my result will be sent/email to me. I was surprised with the answer they gave me 'u have to go back to clinic, when i.ask.what went wrong and why aren't they notify me about that.. then straight said will email.. will be my first and last visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst klinik ever, don’t go if possible, there’s plenty of better Klinik within 2km around Bagan ajam, nurse bad attitude, most importantly inaccurate diagnostic. Very disappointed, some more the nurse being racist

I have the bad experience with their service.
Their front counter didnt wear mask
Doing medical check up, ask for status and getting scold by their stuff!
This clinic with low rating star , you must trust!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have plenty of time, then you can pay visit to this clinic. Very long waiting time. But the staff is polite and kind enough.
The price is very expensive. I have no choice so I need to go here. Another improvement needed, please provide water and tissue in toilet.
