★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, I coincidently dropped by this place. It was inside the hospital, but anyone can visit. The food may not be the 1 class elegant level, but it's quite ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to rest while waiting. Food are ok but most of it unavailable. There's a nice garden outside where you can take away food and consume it there when you don't want to meet with the crowd inside the cafe. Food served fast. Need more hospitality from staff.
