I've been courier documents from pos kkb since mco, but yesterday is the first time I'm experienced rudeness from your staff (malay girl, 18/11, 4.30pm, first counter on the right). She's been raising her voice to me rudely, unnecessarily. If your staff got attitude problem, then don't put her on the front desk. I'm not paying your service to be treated like that. Enough to say that I'll be no longer using your service to courier out documents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's alright although sometimes the service can be a bit too slow. This pejabat pos has many services such as buying stamps, pos laju, registered mail and others. Its a clean place and the building itself is historically old. The post office is near to the police station and the KFC restaurant.

Easy for parking especially on non busy hours.
