โ โ โ โ โ Frankly..if you asked me..Kurnia in KB is not even eligible for one star..why? Because of the staff. I was there on Thursday at 1600H..I know I am quite late but as a service provider, front desk staff should never ever show her crumple face..my advice.. management should reshuffle the staff who don't have the right attitude or for betterment sack them..
